The State Enterprise “State Information Resources Center “Registru”, on behalf of the Ministry of Information Development, performs the function of the holder of the basic information resources: State Register of Population, State Register of Legal Entities and two departmental registers: State Register of Transport Means and State Register of Drivers. One of its main functions is the production of identity documents, certificates of transport means registration and driving licenses; it has right on exclusive production of documents of special destination, creation and operation of information telecommunication systems and networks. High technological and technical supply, intellectual and scientific potential, broad scoped production of information services allow the State Enterprise “State Information Resources Center “Registru” to act as the general builder of the National Information System and its basic subsystems. |

The State Enterprise “Radiocommunications” |

The State Enterprise "Radiocommunications" is the national operator in the field of tele- and radio broadcasting in the Republic of Moldova. Since June 2005, the State Enterprise "Radiocommunications" has been the subordinate structure of the Ministry of Information Development. The SE "Radiocommunications" provides services of tele- and radio broadcasting throughout the republic, being in possession of three public television networks and two radio networks with national coverage. |

The State Enterprise "National Radio Frequency Center" (Center) is a subdivision of the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications and is a state enterprise, based on the self-financing. The main task of the Center is to ensure the necessities of national economy and of the population with radio frequencies/channels for providing different kind of services, like TV, broadcasting, fixed and mobile radiocommunications, etc. |

The SE "Posta Moldovei" is the operator of postal service in the Republic of Moldova. The SE "Posta Moldovei" has been founded on April 1, 1993 as the result of separation of the sector of postal services and telecommunications. Since June 2005, the SE "Posta Moldovei" has been the subordinate structure of the Ministry of Information Development. |
