ITU Regional Seminar "Migration from IPv4 to IPv6: Regulatory and technical aspects"
During May 24- 25, the ITU Regional Seminar "Migration from IPv4 to IPv6: Regulatory and technical aspects" is taking place in Chisinau. The forum is organised by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), J.S.C. “Moldtelecom” and SE “Moldata” under the auspices of the Ministry of Information Technology and Communications (MITC).
Experts and representatives of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), Regional Commonwealth in the field of Communications, public administration, ICT controllers and operators from the Republic of Moldova and CIS region, academic and civil society participate at the meeting.
At the beginning of the event, the Deputy Minister of MITC, Dona Scola, thanked the ITU regional administration for the decision to organise this event in Chisinau and wished success to the participants.
According to the organizers, the event is aimed at offering the possibility to make an exchange of experience, highlight the latest ICT achievements and adopt from the ICT sector experience. The discussions at the meeting will be especially focused on ICT regional and national strategies, services and new technology implementation, regulatory tendencies in this sector.
