Bilateral Cooperation

Bilateral Cooperation among the Republic of Moldova and other states in the field of information and communication technologies develops in an accelerated mode. The directions of the bilateral cooperation are determined by the following agreements:

1. Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the Government of Hungary on collaboration in the field of telecommunications dated 20.03.1993;
2. Contract between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the Government of Ukraine on collaboration in the field of money transfer dated 20.03.1993;
3. The agreement between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the Government of Ukraine on collaboration in solving problems related to the spreading of periodicals dated 20.03.1993;
4. Agreement between the Ministry of Informatics and Communications of the Republic of Moldova and the Ministry of Communications of Ukraine on cooperation in the field of communications dated 29.05.1996;
5. Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on collaboration in the field of governmental telecommunication system dated 23.10.1998;
6. Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the Government of Romania on collaboration in the field of post technologies and telecommunications dated 27.12.1995;
7. Agreement on concordance of frequencies of mobile and fixed communication on a frequency of 29.7 - 960 MHz, concluded between the Telecommunication Administrations of the Republic of Moldova and Romania dated 30.05.1997;
8. Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the Government of the Russian Federation on collaboration in the field of communications dated 08.10.1996;
9. Agreement between the Ministry of Informatics and Communications of the Republic of Moldova and the Ministry of Communications of the Russian Federation on collaboration in the field of telecommunications and post communications dated 08.10.1996;
10. Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the Government of Uzbekistan on non-profit payments dated 30.03.1995;
11.  Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the Government of Uzbekistan on mutual collaboration in the field of money transfer dated 30.03.1995;
12. Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the Government of Uzbekistan on collaboration in the field of telecommunications and post communications dated 30.03.1995;
13. Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the Government of Azerbaijan on collaboration in the field of informatization and information telecommunications, concluded on 21.04.2005;
14. Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the Government of Bulgaria on collaboration in the field of post communications, telecommunications and information technologies dated 20.05.2004;
15. Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the Government of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan on collaboration in the field of informatization and information technologies, concluded 17.04.2004;
16. Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on collaboration in the field of telecommunications and post communications dated 29.06.2000;
17. Agreement on collaboration between the National Center of Legal Information of the Republic of Belarus and the Department of Information Technologies of the Republic of Moldova, concluded 02.12.2000;
18. Agreement on science and technical collaboration and interrelation between the National Academy of Science of the Republic of Belarus and the Department of Information Technologies of the Republic of Moldova dated 17.02.2003.
